The right baby underwear

Experienced parents do not let baby bodysuits go without when putting together their baby's wardrobe. They are much more practical than two-piece baby underwear sets, do not slip or roll up and keep the little one's body warm. The long-sleeved bodysuits from Engel are easy to put on, the generous neckline can be easily pulled over the head, then the snaps (nickel-free) in the shoulder area are fastened. Changing the diaper is easy and only requires opening the snaps in the crotch area. The long-sleeved bodysuit can be washed in the washing machine on the wool cycle. The GOTS-certified organic bodysuit fits perfectly and still offers enough space for the diaper and for kicking and crawling.

Wool silk

The blend of organic Merino virgin wool and silk is ideal for sensitive baby skin that quickly reacts with irritation. The natural fibers pamper the skin and impress with their positive properties.
Merino wool from controlled organic animal husbandry is particularly soft. The fine fibers are thinner than other wool fibers and absorb up to 30% of their own weight in moisture. The surface of the fibers remains dry, so you will never feel damp and uncomfortable when wearing the baby bodysuit. The protein contained in the fibers destroys bacteria that cause unpleasant odors, and thanks to the lanolin content, children's underwear has high self-cleaning properties, as dirt hardly sticks to organic wool.
Silk makes it extremely comfortable for the child to wear and has a warming and anti-inflammatory effect.

Care

How to wash wool by hand?
In lukewarm water (max. 30°C) in the sink and according to the dosage instructions on the packaging of the care product for wool and silk (e.g. product from ULRICH or Disana).

• Place the item in the wash water and gently press it repeatedly
  
• Then remove the wool from the wash water and gently and lightly wring the wet wool to remove excess water
  
• Then please fill the sink again only with clean water (max. 30° degrees). There should be no temperature difference between the wash and rinse water!
  
• Rinse the item briefly. Do not soak! Then carefully and lightly squeeze the water out of it again
  
• Then carefully pull the still-damp wool piece back into shape before laying it on a terry towel to dry.

How can I wash in the washing machine?
You can wash Cosilana clothes in a washing machine using an ecological wool care product (e.g. a product from ULRICH or Disana).

• Please also note that wool should be washed at a maximum of 30°C
  
• IMPORTANT no SPIN. Centrifugal force during spinning sets the fleece process in motion.
  
• Take the clothes out of the washing machine and wrap them in a terry towel. When packing, excess water is easily squeezed out without having to knead or squeeze the clothes too much.
  
• Roll it up again and then carefully pull the still damp piece of wool back into shape and let it dry in a horizontal position.
